Why Can't I Create A New File?
If you are having trouble creating a new file, please first ensure that you have selected a storage account [Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, OneDrive (formerly known as SkyDrive), Hightail, or Deutsche Telecom*]. You can do this by tapping the "Home" screen and selecting a storage service.
Next, tap the CloudOn icon in the upper left corner of the screen and navigate to the "New File" area to create a new file.
