Why can't I create a new file?

If you are having trouble creating a new file, please first ensure that you have selected a storage account (Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, or SkyDrive).  You can do this by tapping the "Home" screen and selecting a storage service.

Next, tap the CloudOn icon in the upper left corner of the screen and navigate to the "New File" area to create a new file.
