CloudOn Update

On January 3, 2012, we launched the first phase of the CloudOn workspace.

Due to overwhelming demand, we experienced a few glitches with our platform and were forced to remove the app from the app store. We have since identified and corrected the problem while also maintaining the quality of service to our fairly large existing user base.

These improvements have allowed us to develop a process for making CloudOn available again.

While we are still in pilot mode, our goal is to obtain as much feedback from our users as possible so that we may build the best product possible.

That said, we will be opening up the app again and inviting people to download the application in waves. There will be a limited number of notifications sent in each wave, and they will be sent on a first come, first serve basis to individuals who have pre-registered for the notification.

During this time, the application will be available in the public app store, and anyone who wishes to download it can do so without having received a notification. We will also provide a status update on a web page that will display whether or not the app is currently available.

The app will also still be free to use.

We know that this is not the ideal situation for everyone. However, our goal is to produce the best product and service available for our users. This process allows us to increase the capacity of our systems, support our users, and keep you informed of our progress.
