Why don't my storage provider account documents immediately reflect the changes made in my CloudOn workspace (or vice versa)? Are my changes being saved?
Your changes are automatically being saved to the files you are editing. If you do not see them reflected in your storage provider account, you may need to wait for your storage provider to perform their sync. This could take up to 5 minutes. After this time you can log out of CloudOn and log into your storage provider to see your changes reflected. Also, when working in CloudOn, please ensure your documents are not open in any other location. CloudOn pulls the latest posted version of a file from your storage provider and having the same file open in another location could cause version issues.
