How do I copy and paste text from an outside iOS application into my Microsoft Office® application and vice versa?

To copy from an iOS application and paste into Microsoft Office®, simply highlight the text that you wish to copy from an iOS application and hold then tap the "Copy" command.   Next, use CloudOn to access the Microsoft Office® file and tap your finger in the spot you wish to paste into.  Select the "paste" command within the Microsoft Office® toolbar.  To copy from a Microsoft Office® file and paste to an iOS application, highlight the appropriate text and select the "copy" command within the Microsoft Office® toolbar.  Next, tap the appropriate area within the iOS application and select the "Paste" command.
