Are Password Protected Files Supported?
We offer support for password protected files in most scenarios. Files requiring a single password upon launch are supported. If you have a file where you have enabled passwords for both open and modify upon file launch, you will need to disable one or the other before you are able to access your file in CloudOn. We are working to improve this experience in a future release.
After navigating away from an open file, the file can be opened without re-entering a password for three minutes. After three minutes of being away from the file, the file will be automatically closed and password protection will be re-enabled. Also, to ensure the safety of all your files you can log out of your CloudOn account from the settings menu located at the top of the workspace.
